Gray Fox
Farms
Located near Blossom, TX, Gray Fox Farms are proud third-generation farmers dedicated to producing the finest quality products. Unlike large-scale operations, Gray Fox raises pigs the old-fashioned way — free range, foraging on fallen tree nuts that enrich the fat and deepen the flavor of the meat. Instead of raising them to the traditional 360 pounds, Gray Fox harvests their pigs at around 280 pounds, prioritizing quality over mass. The result? As Chef Sommers explains, “The loins, in particular, are fantastic.”
Big Hope
Farms
Owned by award-winning local musician Cas Haley and his wife Cassy, Big Hope is located in Novice, TX. Big Hope is home to pigs, goats, chickens, an incredible garden, and more. A true family operation with help with their children, Eben and Nolah, Big Hope is our source of a variety of fresh produce options often featured on our menu.
Paris Natural
Farms
This family-owned micro-farm is a two-acre garden nestled just south of Paris. The farm is a testament to the power of sustainable farming practices and to the rich flavors of fresh, locally grown produce. When you dine with us, you’ll find their produce on many of our plates, including our greens and veggies for salads.
Blossom
Dairy
There is simply nothing better than fresh and locally produced dairy. We’re proud to partner with Blossom Dairy, offering high-quality Grade A Raw Milk Products. In addition to dairy, they offer locally made honey, pure maple syrup, farm-raised beef, and non-GMO fed pork.
On the Block
Beef
On The Block Beef is committed to providing the community with the best quality Angus Beef. Their beef is locally sourced and raised with care to ensure the highest quality product, served right here at BonFire PTX.
Paris Brewing
Company
Locally owned and operated by three life-long Paris Natives, Paris Brewing Company is also located in our historic downtown district. We are proud to serve many of their beers on tap, rotating specials throughout the season.

Bakery
As a longtime pillar in our historic downtown, Paris Bakery is well-known for its baked goods, bread, and more. Owners Kit and Jennifer have developed a space and business that is truly irreplaceable to our community. We love featuring the Paris Bakery Baguette as part of our Bread Service. It’s where our Texas Table meets the French Accent.
The Stemmery

We take great pride in our atmosphere at BonFire, and one element of that is The Stemmery. Holly provides fresh flowers for weddings, events, and our restaurant. Her weekly delivery always brings a fresh perspective to the environment, with seasonal updates that complement our ever-evolving menu.
DeadCat
Media
Located in Downtown Paris, DeadCat is a community-driven multi-media agency that brings brands like ours to life. Since the beginning, they have documented the restoration of our historic building, along with developing our website and taking care of our digital media needs. Thanks to DeadCat, we’re able to share our food and our mission far beyond our four walls.

Archer Construction led the charge in renovating this historic building. Their knowledge and expertise in historical preservation were pivotal to the success and execution of bringing the vision of BonFire to life. Commonwealth
design
Commonwealth is a collaborative design studio creating richly layered interior spaces. We partnered with the good people at Commonwealth Design to take the BonFire concept – refined French bistro meets big Texas swagger – and bring it to life in this historic space.
