This year’s list, curated by Paula Forbes, focuses on restaurants with audacity, fine dining establishments that aren’t afraid to push boundaries and put a daring dose of originality into their cuisine. If you’ve had the privilege to dine at BonFire, it’s no surprise that Chef Patten Sommers and his team found their way to the top of this list.
